Arvind Krishna received a fillip in his career with Rushi, a movie produced by the prestigious Prasad Productions Pvt. Ltd., which marked their comeback film after the legendary Ek Duuje Ke Liye.[4][8] The film won Nandi Award for Best Story, an honor by the APgovernment for cinematicexcellence, in 2012.[9] He played the role of an arrogant selfish medico, transforming into a doctor who goes to the extent of donating his organs to save his patient while also fighting the legal system to make it happen. This role won him critical acclaim.

Arvind is now playing for the team Hyderabad Ballers in 3x3 basketball league (3BL), India.[10][11] 3BL is the first-ever FIBA recognized league for the Indian Subcontinent.[12][13] The Hyderabad Ballers have emerged the crowd favourites with the Arvind Krishna Fan clubs and Hyderabad Ballers Fan clubs ensuring they bring the roof down with their support and noise.[14][15] This shorter and faster format of the traditional 5x5 basketball has just 10 minutes of gameplay, is played only on half the court with three players on the court and the 4th player on a rotation basis.[16][17] The format is also recognized as an Olympic sport and will introduced at the 2020 Summer Olympics, Tokyo.[18][19]

This Telugu-Tamil web series streaming on MX Player, is directed by J Laxman Kumar. Its first season's episodes have been watched enthusiastically by the target audience, especially youngsters. The story pertains to a few youngsters who have different temperaments and are in different stages of relationships.[21][22] From a blogger who looks out of his elements to a compulsive flirt who is an unapologetic playboy, from a fashion designer who moves to the city to live with her friend to a damsel who indulges her male friends, they are realistic characters living in the neighborhood of an apartment building. Arvind Krishna shares rapport with his buddies. Starring Srishti, Ishara, Prashanth, Priyaa Lal, Ram Jeebu, Sudheer and Nishanti, the web series gives each character the space it needs. The themes of friendship and romance find resonance with most audiences. 'LOL' blends them with mature as well as mildly quirky characters. Shot in indoor as well as outdoor locations, 'LOL' also features cool songs. The dialogues lace trendy language, thanks to writer Gowtam Tinnanuri.[23]Producer Dinesh Narasimhan's Alric Productions brings together talented technicians (music director Shravan and director also taking care of cinematography).[24][25]
